NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Mayor and Council, Borough of Waldwick, Bergen County, New Jersey on December 13, 2017 at 11:00 am prevailing time, in the Administration Building of the Borough of Waldwick, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, New Jersey, after which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read for the:


Copies of plans, specifications, and contract documents will be on file for public inspection and may be obtained at the Borough Clerks’ Office, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, New Jersey between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. prevailing time, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, beginning on November 20th, 2017.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, regarding Affirmative Action, Executive Order 11246 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, and Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 regarding disclosure of Partners and Stockholders, Davis Bacon Act of 1963, Chapter 153, (R.S. 11-56.25 et seq) regarding Prevailing Wage Act, including employee wages and benefits.

All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of 60 days.  The Borough of Waldwick reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in the bidding.

Each bidder is required to submit a “Business Registration Certificate” upon execution of a contract (Form BRC (08-01) as stated in C57, Laws of 2004, S1778, N.J. Department of Treasury/Division of Revenue 609-292-1730.
